Our diverse CNC-machining centres with completely automated parts manufacture in one clamping position guarantees favourably priced manufacture in outstanding quality. No matter whether for small or large series, in 5-side or 5-axis machining: we are showing the future the way.
The deployment of the most progressive tool technology and palette changing systems results in short through-feed times with high level machine capacity so that we can manufacture pieces equally costeffectively and rapidly. With our CNC-milling machines and machining centres we can anufacture pieces up to 1000 x 600 x 600 millimetres.

On our ultra-modern CNC-turning machines we can machine turned parts from 3 to 275 millimetres diameter and up to 1250 millimetres in length.
The latest turning and milling technology in machines with up to 8 CNC-axes enable the highly precise 6-side complete machining of complex workpieces.
The external programming on the 3-D programming system and external tool presetting make for minimal setup times.

In addition we have at our disposal a PER-cleaning unit Dürr Universal 81 S Ecoclean for degreasing and cleansing of metal and plastic parts with high performance ultra-sonic equipment.
