Your responsibilities:
In our CNC milling department, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and reliably machining our production orders.
- Programming and Setting Up CNC Milling Machines and Machining Centers
- Modify and Optimize Programs
- Defining the manufacturing processes and selecting the tools, etc.
- Work in a two-shift operation for the CNC milling department
- Providing support to employees with technical questions and issues
- Maintenance and care of the machines, as well as troubleshooting minor malfunctions
- Independent processing of individual parts as well as small- and medium-volume production runs
- Optimization of Setup Times and Machining Processes
- You will work independently on state-of-the-art CNC milling machines, thereby playing a key role in ensuring that we meet our high quality standards
Your Profile:
For this position, we are looking for an experienced professional in the field of machining who can work independently and also enjoys being part of a team.
- Successful completion of an apprenticeship as a machining technician specializing in milling or a comparable vocational qualification in the metalworking field
- Work experience as a CNC miller
- Programming skills are preferred
- Willingness to work two shifts (early/late)
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented manner
