Your responsibilities:

In our CNC milling department, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and reliably machining our production orders.

  • Programming and Setting Up CNC Milling Machines and Machining Centers
  • Modify and Optimize Programs
  • Defining the manufacturing processes and selecting the tools, etc.
  • Work in a two-shift operation for the CNC milling department
  • Providing support to employees with technical questions and issues
  • Maintenance and care of the machines, as well as troubleshooting minor malfunctions
  • Independent processing of individual parts as well as small- and medium-volume production runs
  • Optimization of Setup Times and Machining Processes
  • You will work independently on state-of-the-art CNC milling machines, thereby playing a key role in ensuring that we meet our high quality standards

Your Profile:

For this position, we are looking for an experienced professional in the field of machining who can work independently and also enjoys being part of a team.

  • Successful completion of an apprenticeship as a machining technician specializing in milling or a comparable vocational qualification in the metalworking field
  • Work experience as a CNC miller
  • Programming skills are preferred
  • Willingness to work two shifts (early/late)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented manner
