Applications:
Battery pressure regulators / central pressure regulators are valves for industrial gases. These two terms have the same meaning and can be used equally. They are used in the central gas supply. Central gas supply systems for gas cylinders are installed for high gas consumption. If these are designed for cylinder battery systems or multi-battery systems, central pressure regulators or battery pressure regulators are used. From this supply system, the gas can be distributed to various extraction points of use, gas can be taken from there.
Areas of application:
Battery pressure regulators / central pressure regulators are used, among other uses, for applications in production plants or in the medical or chemical industry. Battery pressure regulators for acetylene are used in welding processes. They are also used in laboratories for the supply of industrial gases. Battery pressure regulators / central pressure regulators are part of the usually permanently installed central gas supply systems, where more than one gas cylinder is required for the gas supply.

Central pressure regulators /battery pressure regulator type ZD 60
With the central pressure regulator ZD 60 the input pressure of max. 300 bar at a pressure of max. 30 bar reduced and kept constant. The ZD 60 is available in brass for oxygene non-corrosive, combustible (except acetylene) and non-combustible gases.
Central pressure regulator/battery pressure regulator type ZD 150
With the central pressure regulator ZD 150 the input pressure of max. 300 bar at a pressure of max. 40 bar reduced and kept constant. The ZD 150 is available in brass for oxygene non-corrosive, combustible (except acetylene) and non-combustible gases.
Central pressure regulator/battery pressure regulator type ZD 400
The pressure regulator ZD 400 reduces the max. Pressure from 300 bar to an outlet pressure of max. 20 bar. The ZD400 is a single-stage, diaphragm-operated pressure regulator with balanced poppet. Thanks to this special piston design, a high pressure stability is ensured.
Especially for acetylene:
Central pressure regulator/battery pressure regulator type ZDA 25
The ZDA 25 reduces an inlet pressure of max. 25 bar to an outlet pressure of max. 1. 5 bar. It is suitable for installation in acetylene battery or bundle systems up to 2 x 3 bundles. This central pressure regulator is a single-stage brass pressure reducer with safety valve. The large diaphragm surface ensures very precise pressure control.
