Cylinder pressure regulators for “industrial gases
Applications:
Cylinder pressure regulators are pressure reducers with gas-specific cylinder connections for connection to compressed gas cylinders and are used for compressed gases and gases dissolved under pressure to reduce the respective cylinder pressure and to keep the set back pressure constant. Especially for applications with oxygen up to 200bar our cylinder pressure reducers have a BAM approval.

Cylinder pressure regulators are used for technical gases with a gas purity of up to 4.8 for applications in production plants or in the medical or chemical industry. Particularly when different arc welding processes are used, cylinder pressure reducers for oxygen, acetylene or also for argon and hydrogen are in use. Cylinder pressure reducers are part of the decentralised gas supply system where gas is taken from individual cylinders.

Our cylinder pressure regulators are available in different versions. In addition to the different pressure stages, our cylinder pressure reducers are available in brass or stainless steel in 1-stage and 2-stage versions. For oxygen with BAM verification and authorization up to 300 bar input pressure.
M59 cylinder pressure regulator / 1-stage
With the single-stage cylinder pressure regulator M59 an inlet pressure of max. 300 bar can be reduced to an outlet pressure of max. 16 bar and kept constant. The M59 is available in brass for non-corrosive gases.
KD76 cylinder pressure regulator / 2-stage
With the 2-stage cylinder pressure regulator KD76 an inlet pressure of max. 300 bar can be reduced to an outlet pressure of max. 16 bar. Due to the 2-stage design, the outlet pressure is kept constant even with fluctuating inlet pressures. The KD76 is available in brass for non-corrosive gases.
M78 cylinder pressure regulator / 1-stage / with flowmeter
With the single-stage cylinder pressure regulator M78 an inlet pressure of max. 300 bar reduced to a fixed set outlet pressure and will be kept constant. The pressure reducer is equipped with up to 3 flowmeter measuring tubes. The M78 is available in brass for non-corrosive gases.
HD30 cylinder pressure regulator / 1-stage
With the cylinder pressure regulator HD30 an inlet pressure of max. 300 bar can be reduced to an outlet pressure of max. 30 bar and will be kept constant. The HD30 pressure reducer is available in brass for non-corrosive gases.
HD50 – HD200 cylinder pressure regulator / 1-stage
With the cylinder pressure regulators of the HD50 to HD200 series, an inlet pressure of max. 300 bar can be reduced to an outlet pressure of max. 200 bar and will be kept constant. The HD50 to HD200 series of pressure regulators is available in brass for non-corrosive gases.
HD250FL cylinder pressure regulator / 1-stage
With the cylinder pressure regulators of the HD250FL series an inlet pressure of max. 300 bar will be reduced to an outlet pressure of max. 250 bar and kept constant. The HD250FL cylinder pressure regulator is available in brass for non-corrosive gases and in stainless steel for corrosive gases.
VDS-FHR3 und VDS-FHR4 cylinder pressure regulator / 2-stage / mbar applications
The 2-stage precision pressure regulators VDS-FHR3 and VDS-FHR4 are used to reduce an inlet pressure of max. 300 bar to an outlet pressure of 10mbar to max. 1bar and kept constant.
The precision pressure regulator VDS-FHR3 and VDS-FHR4 are available in brass for non-corrosive applications.
