Our expert service team will be happy to advise you on your technical solutions for your applications.

Applications:

Line pressure regulators are components of gas supply systems and are usually used as a second pressure reducing stage after the central gas supply. Line pressure reducers are used for compressed gases as well as for gases dissolved under pressure to reduce the respective inlet pressure and to keep the set back pressure constant.

Especially for applications with corrosive gases, our line pressure regulators are also available in stainless steel

Application areas:

Line pressure regulators for technical gases are used for applications in production plants or in the medical or chemical industry, among others. They are used especially where the different arc welding processes are used.

Application areas of the pressure control valves are among others:

Line pressure regulators are part of the central gas control line, where technical gases are taken from single cylinders or cylinder bundles.

Products:

Our line pressure regulators are available in different versions. In addition to the different pressure levels, our line pressure regulators are available in brass or stainless steel in spring-loaded versions and also as dome pressure reducers with prepress compensation.

For oxygen with BAM verification and authorization up to 300 bar input pressure.

L and LH ½" to 2" Line pressure regulator / 1-stage / with inlet pressure compensation

With the single-stage line pressure regulator L and LH with nominal sizes from ½” to 2″, an inlet pressure of max. 420 bar will be reduced to an outlet pressure of max. 360 bar. Due to the integrated inlet pressure compensation, the outlet pressure is kept constant even with fluctuating inlet pressures. The L and LH series line pressure regulators are available in brass for non-corrosive gases and in stainless steel for corrosive gases.

ZD400 Line pressure regulator / 1-stage / with inlet pressure compensation

The single-stage line pressure regulator of the ZD400 is used to reduce the inlet pressure of max. 300 bar to an outlet pressure of max. 20 bar. Due to the integrated inlet pressure compensation, the outlet pressure is kept constant even with fluctuating inlet pressures. The line pressure regulator ZD400 is available in brass for non-corrosive gases.
