Applications:
Precision pressure regulators are components of gas regulation lines and are usually used as the last pressure reduction stage directly before the actual process. Precision pressure regulators are used for compressed gases as well as for gases dissolved under pressure to reduce the respective input pressure and to maintain the adjusted usually very low back pressure. Especially for applications with corrosive gases, our precision pressure reducers are also available in stainless steel.

FHR3 and FHR4 line pressure regulator / 1-stage / mbar apllications
With the precision pressure regulators FHR3 and FHR4, an input pressure of max. 16 bar can be reduced to an output pressure of 10mbar up to max. 1bar and will kept constant. The precision pressure regulators FHR3 and FHR4 are available in brass for non-corrosive gases.
VDS-FHR3 and VDS-FHR4 line pressure regulator / 2-stage / mbar apllications
With the precision pressure regulators FHR3 and FHR4, an input pressure of max. 300 bar can be reduced at an output pressure of 10mbar up to max. 1bar and kept constant. The precision pressure regulator VDS-FHR3 and VDS-FHR4 are available in brass for non-corrosive gases.
PHR line pressure regulator / 1-stage / mbar apllications
With the precision pressure regulator PHR an input pressure of max. 16 bar can reduced at an output pressure of 10mbar up to max. 2bar and will kept constant. The PHR precision pressure regulator is available in stainless steel for corrosive gases.
VDS-PHR line pressure regulator / 2-stage / mbar apllications
The PHR precision pressure regulator allows to reduce an inlet pressure of max. 300 bar to an outlet pressure of max. 2bar and kept them constant. The precision pressure regulator VDS-PHR is available in stainless steel for corrosive gases.
FR1 line pressure regulator / 1-stage / with form compensation
With the FR1 precision pressure regulator, an input pressure of max. 12 bar can be reduced to an output pressure up to max. 7bar and kept thrm constant. The FR1 precision pressure regulator is available in aluminum for non-corrosive gases and in stainless steel for corrosive gases.
FHR125 line pressure regulator 1“ / 1-stage / mbar apllications
The FHR125 precision pressure regulator can reduce an input pressure of max. 10 bar at an output pressure of 5mbar up to max. 700mbar and keep it constant. The FHR125 precision pressure regulators are available in aluminium for non-corrosive gases.
FHR250 line pressure regulator 2“ / 1-stage / mbar apllications
With the precision pressure regulator FHR250 an input pressure of max. 10 bar can be reduced at an output pressure of 5mbar up to max. 700mbar and will kept constant. The FHR250 precision pressure regualtors are available in aluminium for non-corrosive gases.
