Applications:
Cylinder stations are gas supply systems and serve as central gas supply in production plants and laboratories.
Cylinder stations are used for compressed gases as well as for gases dissolved under pressure to reduce the respective cylinder pressure and to keep the set back pressure constant.
For applications with high purity gases, our cylinder stations are equipped with a flushing gas valve as standard. Especially for applications with corrosive gases, our cylinder stations are equipped with a foreign gas flushing device.
Areas of application:
Cylinder stations for high purity gases up to a gas purity of 6. 0 are used, among other things, for applications in production plants or in the medical or chemical industry. Especially in laboratories they are used for the supply of ultra-pure gases.

Our cylinder stations are available in different versions. In addition to the different pressure stages, there are cylinder stations in brass or stainless steel in
1-stage and 2-stage design for constant output pressure. For uninterruptible gas supply, 2-sided cylinder stations with manual or automatic switching are offered.
For oxygen use our gas supply stations are BAM approved for cylinder pressures up to 300bar.
HP230 gas supply station / single stage
The single stage gas supply station HP230 is designed to reduce an inlet pressure of max. 300 bar to an outlet pressure of max. 17 bar and to keep constant.
The HP230 is available in brass for non-corrosive gases and stainless steel for corrosive gases.
HP231 gas supply station / dual stage
The dual stage gas supply station HP231 is designed to reduce an inlet pressure of max. 300 bar to an outlet pressure of max. 12 bar.
Due to the 2-stage design, the outlet pressure is kept constant even with decreasing inlet pressure. The HP231 is available in brass for non-corrosive gases and stainless steel for corrosive gases.
HP236 gas supply station / single stage / external purge system
The single stage gas supply station HP236 is designed to reduce an inlet pressure of max. 300 bar to an outlet pressure of max. 17 bar and to keep constant.
The HP236 is available in stainless steel for corrosive gases.
HP237 gas supply station / dual stage / external purge system
The dual stage gas supply station HP237 is designed to reduce an inlet pressure of max. 300 bar to an outlet pressure of max. 12 bar.
