Cylinder pressure regulator for high purity gases
Applications:
Cylinder pressure regulators are pressure reducers with gas-specific cylinder connections for connection to compressed gas cylinders and are used for compressed gases and gases dissolved under pressure to reduce the respective cylinder pressure and to keep the set back pressure constant. Especially for applications with corrosive gases our cylinder pressure regulators are equipped with a purge gas valve.
Areas of application:
Cylinder pressure regulators for high purity gases up to a gas purity of 6.0 are used for applications in production plants or in the medical or chemical industry, among others. Especially in laboratories they are used for the supply of high purity gases. Cylinder pressure regulators are part of the decentralised gas supply system, where high purity gas is taken from individual cylinders.

Our cylinder pressure regulators are available in different versions. In addition to the different pressure stages, our cylinder pressure regulators are available in brass or stainless steel in 1-stage and 2-stage versions as well as with inlet pressure compensation for constant outlet pressure. For oxygen with BAM verification and authorization up to 300 bar input pressure.
HP100 cylinder pressure regulator / 1-stufig
With the single-stage cylinder pressure regulator HP100, an input pressure of max. 300 bar can be reduced to an output pressure of max. 17 bar and kept constant. The HP100 is available in brass for non-corrosive, and in stainless steel for corrosive gases.
HP101 cylinder pressure regulator / 2-stufig
With the two-stage cylinder pressure regulator HP101 an input pressure of max. 300 bar can be reduced to an output pressure of max. 12 bar. Due to the 2-stage design, the output pressure is kept constant even with fluctuating input pressures. The HP101 is available in brass for non-corrosive, and in stainless steel for corrosive gases.
HP102 cylinder pressure regulator / 1-stufig / with flushing gas valve
With the single-stage cylinder pressure regulator HP102, an input pressure of max. 300 bar can be reduced to an output pressure of max. 17 bar and kept constant. The pressure reducer is equipped with a flushing gas valve. The HP102 is available in stainless steel corrosive gases.
HP103 cylinder pressure regulator / 2-stufig / with flushing gas valve
With the two-stage cylinder pressure regulator HP103, an input pressure of max. 300 bar can be reduced to an output pressure of max. 12 bar. Due to the 2-stage design, the output pressure is kept constant even with fluctuating input pressures. The pressure reducer is equipped with a flushing gas valve. The HP103 is available in stainless steel for corrosive gases.

HP104 cylinder pressure regulator / 1-stufig / with inlet pressure compensation
With the single-stage cylinder pressure regulator HP104 an inlet pressure of max. 200 bar can be reduced to an outlet pressure of max. 10 bar. Due to the integrated inlet pressure compensation, the outlet pressure is kept constant even with fluctuating inlet pressures. The HP104 is available in brass for non-corrosive gases and stainless steel for corrosive gases.
HP105 cylinder pressure regulator / 2-stufig / mbar Applications
The single-stage cylinder pressure regulator HP105 is used to reduce the inlet pressure of max. 200 bar to an outlet pressure of max. 7 bar. Due to the 2-stage design, the outlet pressure is kept constant even with fluctuating inlet pressures. The HP105 is available in aluminium for non-corrosive gases and stainless steel for corrosive gases.

With the single-stage cylinder pressure regulator HP106 an inlet pressure of max. 300 bar can be reduced to a controllable outlet pressure and kept constant.
