Applications:

Cylinder pressure regulators are pressure reducers with gas-specific cylinder connections for connection to compressed gas cylinders and are used for compressed gases and gases dissolved under pressure to reduce the respective cylinder pressure and to keep the set back pressure constant. Especially for applications with corrosive gases our cylinder pressure regulators are equipped with a purge gas valve.

Areas of application:

Cylinder pressure regulators for high purity gases up to a gas purity of 6.0 are used for applications in production plants or in the medical or chemical industry, among others. Especially in laboratories they are used for the supply of high purity gases. Cylinder pressure regulators are part of the decentralised gas supply system, where high purity gas is taken from individual cylinders.

In addition to the different pressure stages, our cylinder pressure regulators are available in brass or stainless steel in 1-stage and 2-stage versions as well as with inlet pressure compensation for constant outlet pressure. For oxygen with BAM verification and authorization up to 300 bar input pressure.

With the single-stage cylinder pressure regulator HP100, an input pressure of max. 300 bar can be reduced to an output pressure of max. 17 bar and kept constant. The HP100 is available in brass for non-corrosive, and in stainless steel for corrosive gases.
